Located in a convenient spot near the city center, Copthorne Al Jahra Hotel & Resort offers easy access to a variety of shopping options. Great place with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The staff seemed uninterested and lacked attention to detail. We had to wait for a long time to be served and had to remind them multiple times for simple requests.
